Facing the ocean in Las Palmas, two women surround a child seated between them. Their gazes meet without answering one another: one watches, the other keeps guard, while the little girl contemplates the horizon. The colourful fabrics contrast with the calm blue of the sea. Horizons captures this silent bond between generations, made of protection, passing things on and dreams still open before all three of them.
