Terms and Conditions of Sale

Customers’ use of the Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by any notices or conditions appearing elsewhere on the Website. For the avoidance of doubt, Nicolas Drapier may amend or remove any part of the Website at any time, without being liable to customers as a result of such changes. Nicolas Drapier reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the future without being required to notify customers specifically. Continued use of the Website or placing an order after such changes have come into force shall constitute acceptance of those changes.

The contract between you (as the customer) and us shall only take effect once the order has been processed and dispatched.

By placing an order via this Website, you (the customer) warrant that:

you are not a minor and are legally capable of entering into a contract;
the personal details provided during registration are complete and accurate;
you are not using a false name or the name of another natural or legal person without authorisation.

Placing an order

By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read them before placing your order.

Cancelling an order

As prints and framing are produced to order according to your choice of size, quality and finish, all orders are deemed final and may not be amended or cancelled. However, it is possible to cancel an order within a maximum of 12 hours of placing it by contacting us. After this period, any request will be refused. Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.

Acceptance of an order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided when placing the order, containing information about the contents of the order, prices, etc.

Production times

Each print is produced to order. Production times vary according to the complexity of the print selected: Fine Art 5 working days, Aluminium 15 working days, Acrylic: 20 working days.

Delivery

As the buyer, you may choose from the delivery options available and select the time that suits you best. Nicolas Drapier shall not be held liable for any damage caused during transport or for any delay beyond his control.

Returns policy

The products sold on this website are limited-edition prints personalised according to your choices of size, quality and finish. Nicolas Drapier does not accept returns.

Liability

We endeavour to keep the information on this Website as accurate as possible; however, we make no warranty in this respect, whether express or implied. Likewise, we make no warranty regarding the use of this Website; it is the responsibility of each user to ensure that their devices are protected against viruses or any other external factors.

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Irish Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Protection Act 2007. This Website shall not affect your rights under applicable legislation in any way.

Severability

Any provision of these Terms and Conditions that is found to be void, illegal or unenforceable for any reason shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.

Disputes

The Customer is also informed that they may use the online dispute resolution platform made available by the European Commission to resolve any dispute they may have with Nicolas Drapier, EI: Online Dispute Resolution | European Commission (europa.eu).
